When you call into our store you’ll be given a warm welcome, because we’re very friendly and we love to see old and new faces. It’s a good idea to bring some approximate sizes in with you, (if you can), to enable us to give you a ball park figure. No, I don’t mean the cost of a baseball ground, (Oh stop it, you’re not funny). We will, however, always insist that we call round to your home to measure ourselves before we fit your flooring. Now please don’t think that this is because we don’t trust your measuring, I prefer to look at it as providing a fitting survey. We need to look at the condition of floors, and fitted accessories where appropriate - underlays, gripper, door trims etc. - check clearances under doors, identify any issues with furniture and identify and any access/parking issues for our fitters etc. Oh, and we’ll check your sizes whilst we are there. You see, we believe in doing everything we can to make sure that everything goes as smoothly as possible; providing real service. What’s more, we don’t charge you for this survey. We are so convinced that you’ll be entirely satisfied with our prices and service that we don’t even insist that you have placed an order before we call, and we will do so without obligation.
Finally, back to the title, if it is me that calls to provide your survey, I like my bacon crispy and with the rind off!
