Chesterfield has a broad mix of housing, from the Victorian and Edwardian terraces around the town centre and Brampton through to inter-war semis in Newbold and Walton and newer estates further out. Older terraces often have suspended timber floors that need checking and preparing before anything is laid, while later properties usually want something hard-wearing through hallways and open-plan living space.
We carry wool-rich, twist and saxony carpets from Cormar, Ulster, Westex, Brockway and Penthouse, alongside LVT, laminate and engineered wood. Amtico and Invictus are not held in stock but can be supplied to order from the full range.
We do not have a showroom in Chesterfield. Our nearest is Meadow Vale Carpets in Duffield, which is a straightforward run down the A61, and you are very welcome to visit and see the ranges laid out properly.
Most Chesterfield customers find it easier to have us come to them. We bring samples to your home, measure up at the same visit, and quote from that. It is free, there is no obligation, and seeing a carpet in your own light next to your own furniture is a far better guide than a showroom strip light.
Every order is measured and fitted by our own employed fitting teams rather than subcontractors, which is why we are comfortable talking about subfloor preparation in detail. We move furniture, lift and dispose of your old flooring, and come back if anything needs attention.

Do you have a shop in Chesterfield?
