All flooring is fitted by our directly employed installation teams — never subcontracted. Every fitter is fully insured, DBS-checked where required, NICF-qualified, and experienced in working in occupied care home environments.
That means rooms turned around quickly to minimise disruption, careful management of dust and debris, infection control protocols followed, and a finished standard that genuinely lasts. We’ll work to your operational schedule — early mornings, evenings, weekends, or phased over weeks if that’s what the home needs.
Once a project is complete, we provide all relevant product documentation, fire and slip certifications, and aftercare guidance — everything your CQC inspector or insurer will want to see.
