For developers managing multiple live sites, our central account management means a single point of contact handles every plot across every development — keeping your site managers focused on build progress rather than chasing flooring suppliers.
Build programmes don’t tolerate flooring suppliers who go quiet. Every developer customer is assigned a dedicated account manager who attends pre-start meetings, agrees the room schedule and specification with site teams, manages call-offs as plots become ready, and remains your single point of contact through to handover.
We work directly with site managers, build managers, sales teams and customer-care teams, and we understand the difference between a contract programme and a one-off domestic job. Our employed fitters arrive when scheduled, work cleanly around other trades, and leave plots inspection-ready.
As members of the Carpet 1st buying group — one of the UK’s largest independent flooring buying organisations — and the Carpet Foundation (the consumer code-backed body for trusted UK flooring retailers and contractors), we negotiate genuinely competitive pricing on the carpet, vinyl, laminate and LVT ranges most commonly specified for new build housing.
For developer customers we offer agreed per-plot pricing, fixed for the duration of a phase or release, so your QS and procurement teams can budget confidently. For showhome and customer-choice schemes, we provide transparent upgrade pricing that makes margin clear at the point of sale.
We won’t be beaten on a like-for-like quote on standard plot specifications.

All flooring is fitted by our directly employed installation teams — never subcontracted. Every fitter is fully insured, NICF-qualified, and experienced in working on live housebuilding sites alongside other trades.
That means consistent quality across every plot, accountability if anything needs revisiting, and straightforward coordination with your site management team. We handle our own waste, leave plots clean, and provide all relevant product certifications and warranty information for your customer-care handover packs.
