We do not have a showroom in Melbourne. Our nearest is Market Street in Ashby-de-la-Zouch, about twenty minutes from Melbourne, and you are welcome to visit and see the ranges laid out properly.
Most customers at this distance find it easier to have us come to them. We bring samples to your home, measure at the same visit, and quote from that. It is free, there is no obligation, and seeing a carpet in your own light beats a showroom strip light every time.
Every order is measured and fitted by our own employed fitting teams rather than subcontractors, which is why we are comfortable talking about subfloor preparation in detail. We move furniture, lift and dispose of your old flooring, and come back if anything needs attention.
