The fitters who came to fit the carpets were excellent. The service included the removal and disposal of old carpets and flooring. New carpets were fitted without hassle and the guys are just great! Super friendly and didn’t mind the dog trying to get in on the action.

How long has Carpet Style been in business?
Carpet Style has been trading since 1981 — over 40 years. We started as a single carpet shop in Nottingham and have grown to three showrooms across Nottingham and Derbyshire, including the well-established Meadow Vale Carpets showroom in Duffield. Through four decades of changing trends and tough market conditions, we’ve focused on what doesn’t change: quality products, expert advice, and reliable installation.
Are you a family-run business?
Yes — Carpet Style is an independent, family-led business. We’re not part of a national chain or franchise, and that gives us the flexibility to put our customers and staff first. We’re proud to be one of the few remaining genuinely independent carpet shops in the East Midlands.

Yes — all our fitting team are employed by Carpet Style, not subcontracted. This is one of the most important differences between us and many competitors.
