How we measure and fit your V4 floor

Engineered wood rewards a careful fit, and that starts with a free, no-obligation home measure across Nottingham and Derbyshire. We’ll assess the subfloor, talk through the right installation method for your room — V4 boards can be floated, glued or nailed depending on the range and the base — and give you a clear, itemised quote. We don’t make “won’t be beaten” promises, but we’re confident on price.

Fitting is done by our own employed fitters — never subcontracted — experienced in engineered wood and parquet installation, including herringbone and chevron patterns where the setting-out has to be exact. We’ll handle subfloor preparation, expansion gaps, thresholds and trims, leave the job clean, and give you simple aftercare advice (engineered wood likes regular sweeping and a damp — not wet — mop).
